Preguntas Frecuentes
How does pace improve my swimming?
Tracking pace helps identify trends. Improving pace at the same intensity indicates growing fitness. Stable pace under increasing distance shows endurance gains.
What's a realistic pace progression?
Beginners improve quickly, often 2-5 seconds per lap monthly. Experienced swimmers improve 1-2 seconds per lap monthly. Consistency matters more than perfection.
Should I count extra-long workouts manually?
Yes. The tool works best for structured sessions. For very long sets, count every 10 laps to reduce button taps, then multiply to get accurate totals.
Can I export my data?
This tool logs sessions in your browser. Take screenshots or notes to keep historical records, or manually track in a training log.
