Barcode / Direct Edition
First Print
Has a standard barcode with numbers on the cover.
Later Print
Direct Edition copies have a Spider-Man head logo instead of barcode. Some reprints say "REPRINT" in the UPC box.
Newsstand vs Direct Edition both can be first prints. Check the inside cover for printing information.
Cover Price
First Print
Original cover price for the era (e.g., $0.12, $0.20, $0.25).
Later Print
Reprints often have updated cover prices reflecting current pricing.
